Somewhere between private apartment rental and a hotel, these self-contained apartments right opposite the Town Hall are perfect for independent travellers who value their privacy and love to be in the very centre of the action at the same time.

The foundation Domus Dorpatensis offers its guests and all others different accommodation options in Tartu right beside the Town Hall. All the apartments have internet connection, television, and a small kitchen (except Apt. No. 1), most of them also telephone and radio. Bedlinen and towels are included in the price. Our guests may use the washing machine, drying rack and electric iron. Smoking is not allowed in our building. It is possible to rent the apartments for a longer period of time. 
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

It is possible to order breakfast in advance, at least 48 hours before arrival. Please send your order to our address dorpatensis@dorpatensis.ee or call +372 7331345. One breakfast costs 5 euros per person. The breakfast includes bread, selection of sandwich toppings, yoghurt and fruit. The sandwiches as well as the coffee and tea can be made in the apartment.
